The two-days convention Vienna COMIX took place on April 7th and 8th, 2018 at MGC-Halle Vienna. We were looking forward to having Nicolas Keramidas (Disney: Mickey´s Craziest Adventures) as special guest!

Sep.1993
•Am 26. September 1993 wurde die Comic&Figuren-Börse erstmals in einem Pfarr-Saal in Wien, Hernals abgehalten. EN: First ‚Comic and Characters Fair‘ on September 26th, 1993 at a community centre in Hernals, Vienna.
Aug.1997
•Zwischenstation im Saal des Kolpinghauses Gumpendorferstraße. EN: This year the comic fair took place at the Kolpinghaus in Gumpendorferstraße, Vienna.
Feb.1998
•Ab 15. Februar 1998 kam die Börse in die Berufsschule Längenfeldgasse, wo sie zu Spitzenterminen weit mehr als tausend BesucherInnen anlockte. EN: From Februar 15, 1998 the Comic fair took place 3-4 times a year at the larger school and community center in Längenfeldgasse, Vienna. Up to 1.000 visitors attended each date.
Dez.2008
•Mit dem Umzug Ende 2008 ins Modegroßcenter wächst die Veranstaltung um ein großes Stück. EN: Great new opportunities at the new location Modegroßcenter (MGC Halle), with more people attending and an emerging number of side events.

•Am 29. September 2013 feiert die Vienna Comix, vormals ‚Wiener Comic & Figurenbörse‘ 20 Jahre Jubiläum. EN: On September 29, 2013 Vienna COMIX, formerly known as ‚Vienna Comic and Characters fair‘, celebrates 20 years anniversary.

•Oktober 2014 wird die Vienna COMIX zu einem Zwei-Tages-Event und findet jeweils im Frühjahr und im Herbst statt. EN: October 2014 Vienna COMIX becomes a two-days-event, and is held two times in the year.

•Mit dem Herbst-Termin 3./4. Oktober 2015 findet Österreichs größtes Fan-Event erstmals am neuen Veranstaltungsort Marx Halle statt. EN: October 3rd and 4th, 2015 one of the biggest comic fan-events in Europe takes places at the great exhibition hall Marx Halle, 1030 Vienna.
März2016
•Am 3. April 2016 findet erstmals der MARKET als Verkaufs-Event in der MGC-Messe statt. Die Hauptveranstaltung Vienna COMIX wird nochmals vergrößert, mit 6.000m² in der Marx Halle. EN: For the first time, the trade-only event MARKET takes place at MGC-Halle on April 3rd, 2016. The main event Vienna COMIX features the full convention galore in October at Marx Halle!

•Veranstaltungsort der 2-tägigen Vienna COMIX und des eintägigen MARKET ist 2017 an beiden Terminen, Frühjahr und Herbst die MGC-Messe. Mit vielen Gästen und dem größten Szene-Treff! •Erstmals in der langen Geschichte der Veranstaltung findet aufgrund Covid-19 keine Vienna COMIX statt. An einem neuem Standort wird die Vienna COMIX 2022 wieder stattfinden. Wir freuen uns!
